Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Viola announces her passing at the Welland General Hospital on Monday November 3rd 2008 at the age of 76.
Beloved and devoted wife of the late Aimé (2007), cherished mother of Jacques (Thérèse), Louise (Fidel), Jane (Herb Thomas), Viviane (Max Bernauer), Anthony (Cindy), Pauline (Denis Grenier), Geraldine "Bidsy", Helene, Michelle (Henry Roslocki), Claudette (Brent Potyok) and Claude (Maxine). Dear sister of Laila (Maurice), Laurentia (Victor), Gloria (Yvon) and Florida (Guy). Viola will be sadly missed by her grandchildren; Rachelle, Carmen, Francis, Alain, Philippe, Micheal, Tina, Warren, Laura, Daniel, Ryan, Lindsay, Brad, Felicia, Jake and Brittany as well as her 9 great grandchildren Nikolas, Kaleb, Gage, Carl, Elizabeth, Chrystel, Pier-Luc, Jean-Philippe and Marc-Antoine. Lovingly remembered by her great friends Donna Lister and Cathy She was pre deceased by her parents, son John and her two brothers Gérald and Nelson.
Funeral Details
The family will receive relatives and friends at the Welland Funeral Home 827 East Main Street Welland on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 11 am in the chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Steve Bolhous officiating. Cremation will follow. If desired donations to the Freedom In Christ Church would be greatly appreciated by the family.
