With saddened hearts the family announce the passing of Gabrielle at her residence Foyer Richelieu Welland on Sunday January 31st in her 100th year.
Beloved with of the late Raoul Mercier (1980). Loving mother of Ralph Mercier (Nan) and Pierrette (Pat) Robins (Arnold). Dear mother-in-law of Diana Lapointe (Leonil). Gabrielle will be sadly missed by her 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was pre deceased by her parents Alfred and Adelina, stepmother Alphonsine, son Andre and brother Raymond FecteauFuneral Details
The family will receive their relatives and friends at the Welland Funeral Home 827 East Main Street Welland on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The funeral service will be held on Thursday in Eglise Sacre Coeur at 11am. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. A vigil for Gabrielle will be celebrated Wednesday evening at 8:30pm. If desired donations to the Fonds Foyer Richelieu will be greatly appreciated by the family.
